OPM provides high quality technical mouldings and assemblies to all types of industries but primarily the automotive sector. The process begins with design and development of the mould (tool) followed by production, assembly and JIT (just in time) deliveries. Our 50,000 sq ft plus factory and machinery allows us to manufacture large volumes to meet our customers demands. Large warehousing and stores allow us to hold stock to ensure that we can manufacture with maximum efficiency also deliver on any emergency requirements.
With decades long experience and technical expertise, we identify the needs of our customers and then advise them on tool development and provide a turnkey solution and repeat production of moulded components. We continuously review and monitor our processes throughout the factory in order to push for ongoing improvement and strive for excellence. Our aim is to simplify our processes as much as possible for achieving flexibility, traceability and consistency.
